    Send us your files and D&B will standardize the file layout, ensuring that, as far as possible, each record has the required data elements (e.g. business name, city, country) in the sequence that will maximize match rates to D&B data.
  • File Matching
    Once the file has been prepared, we can compare your customer information to the D&B database and identify the records that match (by degree of certainty that the records are, in fact, a match) so that a unique identifier, the D&B D-U-N-S® Number, can be applied.
  • Data Enhancement
    The assignment of the D&B D-U-N-S Number during the file matching process allows D&B to enhance your current customer, prospect and supplier data. We can append additional information such as line of business, company size, corporate structure, D&B Risk Rating for advanced profiling and identify duplication between submitted records.

Results
