Phase One: Pre-Workshop Preparation
The objective of this phase is to prepare our Training Advisors and your delegates for training which involves surveys and/or interviews and submission of proposals with budget plans.
Phase Two: During the Workshop
This phase emphasizes the effectiveness of savvy and transfer of practical skills. Experiential tools such as creative team-building games, and other physical and intellectual challenges may be used to illustrate the importance of teamwork, trust, change and creative conflict resolution.
Phase Three: Post Workshop Debriefing
Debriefing is held to assess the performance of both our Training Consultants and the delegates through evaluation.
