TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client has to pay 50% of total rental fee as deposit once the venue has
been confirmed and the balance should be settled 5 working days before the
commencement.
-
Once the venue has been booked and confirmed, cancellation/ re-scheduling
policy will be applied as follows:
a.
Cancellation on confirmed booking, 100%
charges on deposit
b.
Re-schedule on
confirmed booking, 30% charges on
deposit
c.
Cancellation / re-schedule within
10 working days prior to commencement, 70% charges
on total
room rental
d.
Cancellation / re-schedule within 5
working days prior to commencement, 100% charges
on total room rental

It shall be the responsibility of the client to use Dun & Bradstreet
premises and/ or accessories in a cautious manner. The client is liable for any
accident, injury, loss or damage which may occur during the rented period.
